IT Project Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing technology modernization projects related to Oracle (Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Database).
• Coordinating activities with international clients (current project is in Central and Eastern Asia).
• Communicating and collaborating with internal project teams.
• Ensuring project results, process efficiency, proper documentation, and compliance with formal requirements.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting status updates.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering business value.

Our perfect match:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry.
• Has experience in software development or software implementation projects.
• Has strong understanding of software development processes and ability to identify project risks.
• Has hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and structured thinking in IT project management.
• Is fluent in English, especially in communication with clients from Asia. Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
• Has awareness and understanding of security standards (ISO 27001 / SOC2 or similar).
• Has experience working in a corporate environment (documentation, processes, compliance).
• Is available from 7:00 AM (to accommodate client’s time zone).
• Is open to occasional meetings in Toruń (not more than once a month).
• Immediate availability preferred.
