Our mission is to deliver the best software migration and database platform transformation solutions on the market. We’re launching an exciting project where we aim to: Develop entirely new tools for migrating Oracle databases and the applications dependent on them to alternative solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL). Create GenAI-driven solutions for automated analysis of legacy software, building a knowledge base of its architecture, reconstructing its operational insights, and designing test scenarios. Build cutting-edge tools for supporting legacy refactoring through GenAI and expert systems. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to define the technical design of products.
- Prototyping solutions in tandem with the team.
- Experimenting, designing, and integrating prototype solutions.
- Implementing necessary tools and infrastructure.
- Overseeing and approving the work of a small team.
- Ensuring technical quality of solutions.
- Managing risks and selecting research paths and solutions with the team.
- Supporting progress and results reporting.
- Ensuring the technical effectiveness of the team.

- Strong Java skills (at least 5 years of experience)
- Solid experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL (at least 5 years, including PL/SQL or PL/pgSQL)
- Understanding of parser creation, programming language grammars, and code interpretation
- Experience in analyzing external software and reverse engineering
- Proficiency in automated testing, test scenario creation, and technical specifications
- Ability to work with specialists from other domains (AI, databases) and integrate their contributions
- Experience in software architecture design, technical planning, and supervision
- Quick prototyping skills
- Fluent communication in Polish and English
- Familiarity with LLMs will be an advantage
