The result of the Nebulous project will be a set of components and tools that will enable the Kubernetes cluster to adapt to work in the Cloud Continuum including multi-cloud, on-premises, edge and fog environments. As part of the project, we prepared a complete architecture and its implementation to enable the deployment of a Kubernetes cluster in Cloud Continuum along with optimization of resource deployment.

NebulOuS value proposition to the market: Small, medium and large companies. Any branch, any IT system’s technology, no limitations.

Two groups of companies:

  1. with no previous cloud, fog, edge experiences, wanting to start a new project using cloud, fog, edge or migrate to cloud existing application,
  1. with cloud experiences but using not optimal architecture, infrastructure, possible vendor lock.

For the SMEs, we focus on:

  1. Preparation of overall IT systems development and architecture strategy with full utilization of benefits of the clouds.
  1. Preparation of architecture of the system (or systems) to be deployed to the cloud - current systems and new ones.
  1. Project planning and management.
  1. Quality Assurance with a focus on testing.

For the large enterprise, we focus on:

  1. Support in the development and deployment of applications to the cloud.
  1. Support in project management and project plan.
  1. Support in physical architecture design for the transition period and final architecture.
  1. Quality assurance of overall project and quality assurance of migrated applications.
